Born and raised in Naples, in the heart of southern Italy, baking has always been part of her story. Growing up in a culture where food is a celebration of family, friendship, and togetherness, she learned from an early age that the best moments in life are often shared around a table.

Her love of baking began many years ago, making cakes alongside her best friend for family gatherings, birthdays, and special occasions. What started as a simple hobby soon became a lifelong passion, bringing joy not only to those around her but also to herself.

Ten years ago, she moved to England to work for the NHS. While building a successful career, she never left behind her Italian roots. Baking remained a constant part of her life, and her kitchen was rarely without the aroma of freshly baked cakes, biscuits, and traditional Italian treats.

After years of baking almost every day, her husband encouraged her to turn her passion into a profession. In the summer of 2025, she took the leap, registering the business and beginning her journey at local weekend markets. Since then, the business has grown and now proudly supplies local cafés with authentic homemade Italian desserts.

Every bake is inspired by the flavours, traditions, and memories of Naples. For her, baking is more than creating desserts—it's a way of sharing a little piece of Italy, bringing people together, and spreading happiness one sweet treat at a time.
